The collection contains letters, petitions, clippings, cards, telegrams, and lists of signatures, all addressed to the Indiana Supreme Court. A large majority of the materials originated in Italy, with several items from Belgium, Holland, and West Germany. The most frequent message is "So that justice may triumph, so that Paula Cooper may live." The collection shows how a campaign concerning a widely publicized case was organized.
